Businesses struggling with the COVID-19 Omicron wave of the pandemic have been offered new financial support grants in NSW, SA and WA.
These grants have just been announced by the three state governments and will be a very welcome cash injection for struggling small businesses.
New South Wales
The NSW government has announced a $1b support package for struggling NSW small businesses.
Acknowledging the difficulty that business operators have faced, the NSW Treasurer Matt Kean has announced a package of measures to support small businesses impacted by COVID-19 over January and February 2022.
There have also been changes/extensions to the Alfresco Restart rebate, commercial landlord relief, and NSW performing arts package.
