What you’ll be doing:
Answering phones & greeting clients
Booking & managing meeting rooms
Handling incoming & outgoing mail
Ordering groceries & stationery
Managing incoming leads
Overseeing company annual reviews with ASIC
Assisting with various administrative tasks
What we’re looking for:
Organised, professional & passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience
Strong communication & multitasking skills
Experience in an accounting firm (highly regarded but not essential)
Experience with BGL – CAS360 (highly advantageous)
