What You’ll Bring
- 6–7+ years’ experience in public practice accounting
- CA or CPA qualified
- Proven leadership experience coaching intermediate and senior accountants
- Strong client relationship skills and a passion for advisory, tax planning, and business services
- Excellent technical knowledge, communication skills, and commercial awareness
About the Role
In this Supervisor role, you will:
- Assist the Senior Manager in leading a team across business services, compliance, and advisory
- Manage a diverse portfolio of SME, family business, and high-net-worth clients
- Review complex work, provide technical guidance, and ensure high service standards
- Drive client growth opportunities through proactive advisory
- Contribute to internal process improvement and firm strategy
