I have learnt that being an accountant is an extremely rewarding job. My first position at a public practice accounting firm in Brisbane provided me with great satisfaction, being able to solve a wide range of tax issues for clients. I was drawn to working at Walsh Accountants through the variety of work they take on. Whilst having experience in tax compliance, I am excited to expand my knowledge on business valuations and sales and be able to dive into the business advisory work on offer. I am passionate about learning new concepts and growing as a business professional.

Description of Role
My role at Walsh Accountants consists of preparing financial statements, income tax returns, BASs and IASs efficiently for clients. I will be working closely with the senior management team to provide tax planning services as well as assist with corporate structuring and bookkeeping.

Personal Interests
I spend most of my spare time surfing and fishing. My interests were largely influenced by my Dad and have been big parts of my life since I was very young. I am the happiest version of myself when on a boat or in the surf.
