During university, I was taught that in a small business, every decision matters. I realised that to support more informed decision-making, I needed to dig deeper into the books. I see accounting as more than just managing numbers and tracking profits and expenses; it’s about understanding the story those numbers tell. By closely monitoring financial figures, I can provide insights that help guide a business in the right direction. I chose to pursue accounting because, for me, it’s not just about managing money—it’s about helping businesses grow and making informed decisions. I’m confident the team at Walsh Accountants shares the same passion for supporting business success. With the wealth of knowledge and experience in the office, I’m excited to put theory into practice.
