He also advises solicitors and clients on structuring testamentary trust provisions during estate planning, to ensure the trust delivers the intended tax outcomes when it comes into effect. He liaises with clients’ solicitors on probate and estate administration matters, and is known for turning a complex, often overwhelming process into clear, manageable steps.
